Our services

ITSM-Solutions, our company, provides managed IT and connectivity services, including but not limited to network management, cloud services, security services, consultancy, and related support (“Services”).
Details of the specific Services, service levels (SLAs), pricing, and contract terms for each customer are set out in a separate written service agreement, proposal, or order form, which, together with these Terms and Conditions, forms the binding contract under the laws of Ghana.

Property rights

All intellectual property rights on our website, documentation, service designs, scripts, software configurations, and any tools or materials used to deliver the Services remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. ​
Customers receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such materials solely for their internal business purposes. They may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell, or sub‑license them except where expressly permitted in a written agreement.

Prohibited activities

Customers and site users must not:

  • Use the Services or website for unlawful activities, including distributing malware, conducting attacks, or violating third-party rights or applicable regulations in Ghana or elsewhere.
  • Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other customers’ environments, or underlying infrastructure, or use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or overload our networks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services where prohibited activities are detected or reasonably suspected, subject to any notice requirements in the applicable service agreement.

Services management

We manage and operate the Services in accordance with good industry practice, using reasonable skill and care, and may update, modify, or improve the Services from time to time.
Where changes are necessary to meet legal, regulatory, security, or technical requirements, or do not materially reduce the overall functionality, we may implement them without prior consent; material changes affecting scope or pricing will be communicated in line with the applicable contract.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, with the competent courts of Ghana having jurisdiction.
